How Your Order Is Made
Every item in our store is made to order — when you place an order, your design is printed just for you by our print-on-demand production partner (Printify) at U.S. facilities. Because nothing is pre-printed, our shipping and return policies follow the made-to-order model below.
Shipping
- Production time: 2–5 business days from your order.
- U.S. transit time: typically 2–8 business days after production, by USPS or similar carrier. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
- Rates: $4.99 flat-rate U.S. shipping — free on orders over $35.
- International: we currently ship within the United States only.
Wrong address? Contact us immediately — we can update a shipping address any time before production completes, but not after the package ships. Orders returned to the facility because of an undeliverable address can be reshipped at cost.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because each product is printed on demand specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
We absolutely stand behind quality, and our policy mirrors our production partner’s guarantee:
- Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging, if damaged in transit). We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows your package never arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
- Wrong item received: same deal — photos, 30 days, free replacement.
To start a claim, email support@america2026.shop with your order number. Claims are typically resolved within a few business days.
